Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the Service is lawful where you reside.

You may not use the Service from any jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal under local law.

Nature of the service — not advice

All predictions, statistics, probabilities, scoreline matrices, AI-generated narratives, and any other content on the Service are statistical estimates and informational/entertainment content. They are not financial, professional, or investment advice and do not guarantee any outcome. Football match outcomes are inherently uncertain, and past predictive accuracy does not predict future results.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on content from the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content or data from the Service without prior written permission;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other access controls;
• use the Service to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise harm the Service or its users;
• use the Service to develop competing products by training machine-learning models on its output, except as expressly permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All software, models, design, predictions, and other content produced by the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party data sources (e.g., football statistics aggregators) retain ownership of their data. We make no claim to that data.

Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party sites and assume no liability for them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Exact Predictors, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death/ personal injury caused by negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by a more visible notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where relevant.
